My Experience with Kronokare Provencal Lavender Smooth(ening) Operator Body Lotion:

Packaging: The lotion comes in a small amber colored plastic bottle. I like that it is not transparent as amber bottle protects the product from light exposure. However, even though its a transparent bottle, you can easily judge the quantity left. The bottle has a small hole which allows us to have a control on the quantity of the product dispensed. I guess this lotion is available in larger sizes too; but this one is perfect for trying out the product as well as for carrying in your trips. This can easily fit in your sling bag too.

The bottle has a purple colored sticker which has all the required details like product description, ingredients, price, manufacturing details, etc.

Fragrance: This lotion has an obvious lavender scent which subsides down to some spicy hints, thyme maybe. The initial burst of fragrance is quite strong. However, it gradually fades but does not vanish completely. I could sniff it on my hands even after 2-3 hours of application. I like the initial lavender scent but not the spicy hints. But fragrance is totally a subjective concept. You may give it a try and decide yourself.

Texture: The Kronokare Provencal Lavender Smooth(ening) Operator is a white colored lotion and has a very light texture. Owing to its light consistency, it spreads very easily on the skin.

Performance: I wanted to try this brand after I saw its presence on major online shopping portals. Since I have used very few products of lavender fragrance, I got this one. This lotion is very light in texture but it moisturizes the skin well. I would not call this a deep nourishing lotion. This will not be suitable for very dry skin.

The brand claims to use this from head (Seriously???!!! Head???!!!) to toe. I have used this as a face moisturizer, for hands and feet as well. This will prove to be very good for girls with normal to oily skin. It does not make the face look oily. But for girls with dry skin, this lotion will not provide enough moisturization, especially in winters. If you have normal/oily skin, it will keep your face hydrated for good 7-8 hours.

This lotion is very good for hands. However, when used as a foot lotion, it does not live up to the expectations. The skin of our feet is generally drier as compared to other body parts. This lotion does not moisturize the feet well. You will need to apply it after a couple of hours. It will just hydrate, not moisturize.
