Hi everyone,
Today I am going to review Plum Grape seed and Sea Buckthorn Lightstay Day Cream SPF 30.
Product Description:
Ingredients:
Price: Rs. 475/- for 60 ml
Shelf Life: 2 Years
My Experience with Plum Grapeseed and Sea Buckthorn Lightstay Day Cream SPF 30:
Packaging: The cream comes in a white tube with a flip top cap. It is white in color and contains all the information regarding the product. The tube is quite travel-friendly.
It also comes with a cardboard outer cover which also contains the same details of the product as the tube.
Fragrance: The cream has a light floral fragrance which is not over powering and vanishes within a few minutes.
Texture: This cream is white in color and its consistency is just as the name suggests; light.
Performance: I had got this cream mainly because of the brand and its claims of being light-weight. It blends really well and does not leave any white cast behind. The cream moisturizes my face well and does not feel sticky or greasy. It immediately gets absorbed into the skin. It is a 2 in 1 product for me; moisturizer and sunscreen.
I have almost normal skin and have used this in all the seasons and quite liked its performance. In my opinion, it will be suitable for normal-combination skin people. It is moisturizing but it won’t be enough for very dry skin girls. Also, it does not feel greasy or oily, but those with very oily skin might find it heavy.
It has SPF of 30 which is okay for me as I don’t spend much time in the sun. However, I don’t think it will be suitable for extreme climate or beachy locations.
It never broke me out nor did I get tanned. My skin felt brighter and supple. A little goes a long way if used only on face and neck. However, the brand suggests using it on arms also. But I did not do that. It will get over pretty quickly if used for arms too.
I like the fact that it is free of all harmful chemicals and the brand donates 1% of sales to non-profit organizations dedicated to protecting the environment. The cream is also 100% vegan.
